The electric coach is used for passenger transport.
The contract of carriage is concluded with the transport company whose electric carriage enters the customer.
A claim to transportation does not exist, since after the arrangement of the traffic form according to the applicable law (Passenger Transport Act [PBefG]) there is no obligation to transport.
Items are only transported in accordance with the stipulations (see item "Carriage of Luggage") and animals only in accordance with the stipulations (see item "Carriage of animals").
Even after the conclusion of a contract of carriage, the right to be promoted may be excluded if serious grounds can be put forward. Serious reasons are explained in the point "Right to refuse carriage".
Persons who present a danger to the safety or the order of the company or to others are excluded from the transport. As far as these conditions are present, in particular are excluded
Persons whose mental or physical condition, including impairment of drugs or alcohol, pose a danger or risk to themselves or others
Persons with infectious diseases according to the Infection Protection Act,
Persons with weapons that fall under the Arms Act, unless they are entitled to lead weapons,

Passengers may be excluded from carriage if necessary to comply with legal, regulatory and regulatory requirements.
The exclusion of persons is decided by the operating staff. Operating personnel within the meaning of these conditions of carriage are all persons commissioned by the transport company to carry out its duties. The operating staff exercises the house right for the transport company.
Passengers are required to behave in the use of the electric coach as it requires the safety and order of the operation, their own safety and the consideration of other persons.

Passengers are prohibited in particular:

Furthermore, seat belts or the restraint shall be used in accordance with road traffic regulations.
If a passenger, despite a warning, violates the duties incumbent upon him, he may be excluded from the carriage; in severe cases a prior warning is not required.
For transport, the fixed transport charges must be paid. For this purpose, total tickets are issued in the name and for the account of the transport companies.
The complete ticket must be purchased before departure, at the latest at the end of the journey.
Complaints of the total ticket are to be made immediately. Subsequent complaints can not be considered.
Unless otherwise stated, the carriage charge is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract of carriage. If the transportation charge subsequently increases, e.g. through the booking or use of chargeable additional services, rebooking or order extension, the excess amount shall be due immediately upon occurrence of the circumstance triggering the increase, at the latest upon notification.
The fee for the total ticket can be paid in cash, by debit card, by credit card or by PayPal.
For cash payment the staff is not obliged:
to accept more than 20 coins

Only total tickets of transport companies in the brand association of Carrosse DeLouis with the corresponding booking code are accepted.There are also digitally submitted booking confirmations with booking code.Unassignable booking codes are invalid.Complete tickets for a booked tour are only valid as part of their exhibition. These are: date and time of the journey, duration of the journey, number of people and price.Bookings are only transferable as a whole.
